Unlike other furniture companies, Becca’s Home never charges for delivery. All orders get FREE delivery anywhere in the continental 48 states. With front door delivery, your item ships from our distribution center by UPS ground.
We offer free delivery on all orders shipping within the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is not available. Lease-to-Own is not available in the following states: AK, HI, NJ, MN, WI, WV.
Estimated shipping dates can be found on every product page. Delivery time to your home is generally 3-5 days from when your order is placed (based on where you are located). We have over two dozen distribution centers, and if you are fortunate to live near one of them it is very possible that you will receive your order quicker! We will send you updates via email and text message as soon as they are available and keep you updated as the order moves along.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, we will either repair the damaged item, replace the damaged parts, or provide a full replacement. Please notify us immediately if damages are found by contacting us here and ensure you keep all packing materials and boxes to return the item.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a 15% restocking fee plus relevant shipping fees. You must return items in their original packaging and box.
